Range includes hoses with 1/8 and 3/16 inside diameter end fitting are machine in material like steel and brass. We also make cold forged end fitting in house. Our brake hoses surpass bursting pressure limit as ret by SAEJ 1401
Assemblies cylinders are made in gray cast iron and special alloy of aluminum. Subject to mart stringent tests for checking any defects like blow hole, open blow etc.
AMP also manufactures metal brake pipe tube with flared ends, assemble with nuts and other tubular component like fuel pipe, exhaust pipe having any type of bends. Conform to SAEJ 5261 our rang include out side diameter like 3/16, ¼, 5/16, 3/8 etc. Brake pipes are double walled copper coated also zinc plated online green privation. Double flaring on in house. Equipped with CNC pipe bending machine.
Sheet metal components
Equipped with presses ranging from 5 tons to 400 tons can produce any profile of components having intricate design. Over engineers have rich experience in designing simple, component and progressive die. We also manufacture deep drawn compounds equipped with 4 Nos doable action presses with capacity of 150ton, 200ton and 250ton. We export around 0.4 million clamps and sheet metal components.
